The Bottom Line: Not as special as the old car, but still distinctive and a lot of car for the price.

Pros: Massive interior space, high feature content, torquey 2.4-liter engine, smooth and settled dynamics.
Cons: Limited visibility and so-so fuel economy are backwards steps; generally less quirky and mischievous.
The Bottom Line: The new xB is bigger, more substantial, and much less iconic than the original. But its key strengths—room, versatility, and strong value—remain good reasons to buy one.

Big, Loud, & Beautiful

Pros: Lots of room, great stereo, great for long trips, love the Ipod feature
Cons: fuel economy isn't the best- too many trips to the gas station
My fiance & I bought this car and traded in our 2001 Toyota Celica. Toyota's run in his family, and he didn't want to go away from Toyota. We were somewhat reluctant to buying it, but fell in love with it. It's doesn't appear big on the outside, but is so much bigger on the inside. The stereo works very well, and I especially love the Ipod feature. It charges and plays your music via the Ipod from the stereo. I really enjoy this much more then the previous year models. As for the cons; We have made a lot more trips to the gas station, which can be somewhat annoying. The gas tank isn't very big, and the fuel economy is not the best. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone.
