What a horrible experience and I will never shop there again. I placed one order 2 items, One arrived on April 11 The other on 5/18. The invoice said the second order was on back order and would ship on 5/10. On 5/18 I opened the package everything seemed right. When I tried it on it was the wrong size. Apparently an error because the invoice said the right size and so did the plastic bag it was in. When I emailed bodyc.com prior to the arrival of the second item I received a reply stating it was shipping on the 15th. No apologies, no explanation, Just said item shipping on the 15th. I thought that was horrible customer service not to mention that the product looks nothing like it does on-line or in the catalog. Overall, I was not satisfied with the products or the service.

I've received print and online Body Central catalogs for a couple of years. Overall, they have cute, fashionable clothes at very reasonable prices. Most of the styles are for the junior size crowd (My 19 year old daughter loves their stuff), but there are items that work for middle-age women as well. It is not the largest clothing catalog company out there, but their offerings are very nice. Their online website is very nice, because by clicking on the picture, you can see another view of the item. This is particularly helpful when you want to see the back of a dress/top. I ordered one blouse and one tunic shirt. The total price (including shipping and handling) came to approximately $45. I received an email confirmation immediately and I was able to track my order online. I received the order in 7 days. The tops were both very nice and were exactly as represented in the item description and picture. I certainly would not hesitate to order from them again.

Darling clothes, fantastic prices and wonderful service. I will definitely shop here again. My order was shipped quickly, the fit was perfect and I can't wait to receive a spring catalog.

i think that the on-line store doesn't have enough variety in it, especially with the shoes, pants, lingerie, and accessories. i would like to see more jeans on sale and more skirts on sale as well.

I have shopped on this site a few times. Each time I received everything I expected and each time with surprising expedience. My only complaint now is that the website has been down for quite some time and I am unable to continue to shop!

I saw someone else leave feedback about how body central had a habit of sending wrong size although labeled the right size but I thought it would not happen to me. Sure enough I get a size 5 1/2 shoe in a size six box ! Not to mention one shoe the zipper handle is missing the other shoe strange enough the whole zipper has yet to have the leather cut on it to even make the zipper even open and work in thinking cutting it myself will work but still? I notice also the stitching on one the shirts I bought is off and it has a small red stain on the white shirt so i'm thinking these clothes are factory seconds ???

Horrible experience. The size chart that they have in the catalog is completely wrong! The mediums were true small sizes and did not fit at all. I I paid extra for faster shipping so I could have a specific dress 2 weeks before a wedding I am going to be attending and they said that If I returned for correct size it would take at least 30 days to receive shipment! To make matters worse they said I had to pay shipping all over again! Victoria Secrets is a bit pricier but sooooo much worth it. You don't have to pay shipping all over again and you get your new order with in a week!

I made a decent size order recently from Body Central. It is two months later, and I still have not received the entire order. I was so disappointed in the merchandise, that I cancelled the remaining items not yet received. Unfortunately, I was not able to recoup any shipping charges because of such a wide gap for shipping prices! I ended up sending back what I had received because the clothes were crap!!!! Every top ordered was of a thin, cheap stretchy material, there were no hems, and the v-necks were not hemmed either! All the clothes that I ordered had tags on them that indicated that they were made in the U.S.A. If that is truly the case, Body Central is disgracing the American worker! I will never order from Body Central again!
