Garmin GXM 30 (0100042300) Antenna

Pros: NavTraffic - Weather features, decent interface, good performance from dash mount.
Cons: Pricey, have to fool around with menus for optimum performance with Kenwood

Finally got my GXM-30 installed with my Kenwood DVD/NAV combo. This just rockz! It's a bit pricier than some XM audio-only solutions, but the Smart features are worth it. For an extra 4 bucks a month, you get the NavTraffic, that includes some pretty decent weather info. It definitely works well in my system, and I highly recommend this setup for the Kenwood DVD/NAV equipment. I assume it works as designed with the Garmin units, as well.
18 presets, nice display for the XM channels, decent graphics for traffic (in selected cities) and the weather is a great added bonus. My high-end installer hadn't even heard of the Smart Antenna (they install XM outboard units on the Kenwood NAV units) but I think they'll start carrying this once they see it.
