Dynaflex Centerforce ProGrip - not an easy trip

Pros: Sturdy construction.
Cons: Hard to learn to use. Not a customer-friendly company.
The directions for this exerciser make it sound easy to use. It's not. Starting it up and keeping it spinning is good exercise but takes special techniques that everyone cannot easily master. Dynaflex will accept returns if you're not satisfied, but get ready to pay round-trip shipping charges and a hefty "restocking fee". This is company that stands behind its products, but at a price.
