nhgirl's Full Review: Breadman TR875 Bread Machine
Bought this bread maker to start making my own high quality ingredient bread. I've made several successful loaves start to finish in the machine and I have used the dough cycle with great results.
The exterior of the machine has a nice high tech look but it is actually very easy to use. The display is easy to read and to figure out what stage things are at. And the exterior is a smooth finish so it is easy to clean with few grooves to catch food in.
The interior of the machine is also very simple to deal with. All the ingredients are added to the bread form/pan and the n you place it in the machine eliminating lots of mess on and in the bread maker. And the bread form/pan cleans very easily.
The densest loaf I have made so far is a whole wheat loaf so I don't know if the motor can handle a denser grained bread. But I seriously doubt it. When making fruit breads, the fruit gets added late in the dough cycle which is nice because there is less wear and tear on the motor.
All and all I have been happy with this model of bread machine. It isn't very expensive and has lots of features. And it actually makes bread that is cooked all the way through and which rises properly...I had some issues with that with my last bread maker.
