Initially, I was concerned about ordering a large priced item(flat screen tv) online, but it turns out my fears were unfounded. I was searching for a top of the line lcd television. After much research with various websites, consumer review publications, and area electronic stores, I decided to purchase a Sony flat screen. I had a price range in mind and decided on their XBR 37 inch. I searched various web sites and inquired at area retail stores. While Beach Camera was not the lowest, I decided that theirs was the best choice because of their reviews and policies. I was concerned about damage in shipping and receiving a bad item. I received an initial email that the item was on backorder. After a phone call the next day to their support department, they said the item was being processed and shipped very soon. They provided me with a FedEx tracking number and the item was received in my area depot in 3 days. I tried to have a neighbor available to sign for the package, but they missed the driver on the day of arrival. I received the item the next day, and I am thrilled with the product. The picture is amazing, and the limited high definition channels are spectacular. I can't wait until all the channels(local cable) arrive in high def. I am truly satisfied with Beach Camera, and their support staff is very responsive. I will definitely recommend them in the future.
