I ordered a new Tomtom Go 510 from a supplier advertized - RED Tag Savings. They sent me a unit and later I found out from Tomtom that it was 'refurbished'. They have refused to correct this problem and are very unprofessional when I've contacted them. And now the unit doesn't even work. This has been going on since January and now they are saying it has been too long.

I would just like to aware the public, That should you buy a new Mattress at Mattress Firm; They can sell you a mattress that someone returned. I am upset, because to me that is a used item. Yet sold to me as new.
I think the FDA should be aware of that, especially if Mattress firm chooses not to help.
I sure would like to know what to do.Or am I stuck out!

I read your letter, And that is so wrong on what they done to you. My problem is almost the same. I feel stuck out. But I keep looking and trying to find the right source. Dont give up!
