TargetDecor.com doesn't deliver
I ordered a TV stand on July 1. Site ad said generally ships in 7-10 days (slower than most sites), but price was lowest.
By July 7, no update to web account information. I sent sales an e-mail. No response in 24 hours. I e-mailed Customer Support. No response. I finally got an e-mail from sales saying product would ship that week and I would be notified of tracking information by e-mail. Product did not ship by Saturday.
I call Customer Support on Monday. They said product would ship on Monday and I would receive tracking information on Tuesday. Neither happened.
It has now been 13 days since my order. Not sure when I will get it. Next step is to ask my credit card company for help.
