THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO!
This is my folllow up from my complaint from 7/2/07:
So I wrote a complaint letter to Chase to the address that is listed on your statement for correspondence. They responded stating that they charged the $39 late fee and $58 finance charges "correctly" and gave me suggestions on setting up automatic payments, etc. but they refused to issue me a credit.
Of course I wasn't going to settle for this because I was SO furious. So I went online and found the address to the Executive VP of customer service. Her name is Deb Walden and her address is:

I wrote her a letter and exactly 2 weeks later, one of her assistants called me and told me that a credit was issued. However, I never received an apology from him about my situation, he just said that $97 was credited back to my account and he seemed to be rushing me off the phone but that's ok, as long as this was resolved! I'm still closing my account because of the AWFUL experience that I had to go through with Chase! |
