It looks like it could be an Amazon Associate site. Amazon Associates are allowed to take the first page of reviews from Amazon. I only have one review on there, and it's my Amazon review (all the way down to the (...) that says that Amazon removed a bit of my text).

Of course, I don't think I've ever seen it lose all of the formatting like that. That's UGLY!
