The best..??

The best critics: books. And not a single Epinions writer . . ..

RE: The best..??

I've always hated Michiko Kakutani. Now I know her gender, so I can change the expletive I use after reading her reviews.

Shame.

I'd really be interested in seeing just how often various epinions books reviewers' reviews (mouthful!) are referenced on the internet. I guess I should just take the time to google different phrases and find these kinds of things on my own, but being the lazy type I certainly appreciate links like this and others that do mention our own.

So thanks :)

And book reports

I bet a lot of epinions reviewers are quoted in book reports and other assignments. Fame! We're gonna live forever!

Even more, I wonder how many of our reviews have been plagiarized in high school book reports. (Ahem, at least they're doing research.)

RE: And book reports

I wonder how many kids got in trouble for citing one of our reviews as a source, then the teacher looks us up and finds the /review/ temporarily unavailable.
