Pros: stylish, easy to program Cons: had to knead myself, punch down myself, pail falls off hinges, bread came out bad
How the Breadman TR845 Bread Maker came into my life: This machine was a hand-me down from my in-laws two years ago. They told us it did not work the best, but it was a good first machine. Purpose of a bread maker: Bread makers are ...

Pros: Brain dead loading. Excellent bread and easy to clean. Cons: Occasionally bread may not rise sufficiently if you do not have the yeast JUST RIGHT.
I do not usually write reviews, but after reading the two on the Breadman I had to set things straight. Making bread is not ROCKET SCIENCE. If you can read the instructions on use, follow them. My 12 year old daughter can make awesome bread with this ...

Pros: None Cons: Doesn't bake the bread.
Used 2 times. But the 3rd time no matter which cycle I chose the Breadman wouldn't bake. The heating element never turned on. I ended up baking the bread in my oven.

100% Piece of Junk
by bammertyme ,May 01 '06
Pros: Absolutely none! Cons: Waste of money. Pan will not stay in place, thus making the machine useless.
I just purchased a brand new Breadman bread machine (model TR845), and this machine is a worthless piece of junk. I've used it less than 6 times, and the pan keeps popping out of place and renders the machine useless. What a hunk of junk. I've had a Goldstar bread maker for years and never had one ounce of trouble with it until recently when the bearings in the bread pan finally wore out.

Pros: none Cons: No time delay on Pizza Dough mode. Inferior product.
Not happy with product. On the TR845 it does not give you the delay option when using the Pizza Dough mode. I had only used it a few times and now the pan keeps popping up disengaging the paddle in the pan, rendering the whole thing useless. I have a Ultimate Breadman TR2200C and love it.I would spend the extra an purchase the TR2200C, but do not waste your money on the TR845.
