The GEC as it is known to Nashvillians is a great host to the Nashville Predators and Nashville Kats. To me, there is no bad seat in the house. Even in the nosebleed section you can see the Preds and Kats play. It has plenty of restrooms (esp for the ladies) and is wheel chair accessible in all aspects. There are plenty of food vendors that will keep your tummy filled. The prices seem to be pretty reasonable compared to other venues I've visited. After the 2nd year they realized they needed to add an additional escalator and are almost finished with it. The boxes on the club level are well equipped with bathrooms, tvs, bar, and plenty of space. The ushers they hire are real friendly and ready to help you if you need it. Parking to go to an arena even can be costly, but can be found cheaper if you are willing to walk. parking directly across the street is $10 and if you go three blocks you can get it for $3-$5.
GEC also provides various activities for Kids at the games.
