Pros: Availability is better than other operators.
Cons: Hotel cancellation penalties are unreasonable. Flight options from the US are undesirable.

e-vacations was able to find availability at one of our choice hotels when absolutely no other booking service was able to and the hotel itself stated unavailability. (Their providers must block out rooms for certain dates to make this possible.)
