About dramastef
|

Just in case you missed it, hadassahchana and I co-hosted a wonderful Fight Illiteracy Write-Off in September 2007. Here's a picture of some of the 125 books that generous Epinions Members sent down to Mississippi:
Read a random review by me!
The lowdown on dramastef:
My name is Stefanie (no, the "f" is not a typo... my parents thought it would be fun to deprive me of personalized pencils as I grew up!).
I love all media... Books are my favorite, but I love movies and music as well.
My tastes are very eclectic. I've read all the classics (my dad used to pay me a dollar a classic and two for Moby Dick!), I love Stephen King, horror, fantasy, mystery,B flicks, independent movies, mainstream. I love it all. As far as music goes, I like most everything, from the oldies to classical music to rock.
I also love to write. I've been writing since I was a wee lass... journals, poems, short stories, a novel (one day?).
One of the few things that moves me to swift anger, tears, rage and frustration is any type of intolerance and/or prejudism. Picking on the weaker person. Can someone please explain how certain things can be justified? I don't understand.
Ever wonder what dramastef thinks about *gasp* Homosexuality? Wonder no more.
Because I get a little kick out of taking these personality tests, here are some of my results:
 Which John Cusack Are You?
Which Famous Homosexual Are You? Brought to you by Rum and Monkey
A Roosevelt yourself, you married your fifth cousin Franklin; despite the obvious incestuous overtones, your six kids were happy and healthy.
When Franklin got elected, you became perhaps the most controversial first lady ever - you spoke out for the rights of women; for the rights of the poor; for world peace. You were even a member of a union while your husband was in office - and when he died, you were the head of the UN Commission on Human Rights.
All of which is pretty kick a s s, but to top things off you had a hot and steamy relationship with the lesbian journalist Lorena Hickok, who was so madly in love with you that she halted her career for you. Unfortunately, you couldn't give up your public life that easily - leaving her heartbroken. B-itch.
I believe you belong in Pride and Prejudice; a world of satire and true love. A world where everything is crystal clear to the reader, and yet where new things seem to be happening all the time. You belong in a world where your free-thought puts you above the silly masses, and where bright eyes and intelligence are enough to attract the arrogant millionaire/prejudiced young woman of your choice.
